If a Zoho refresh token is outdated (password change, revoked, or a regenerated self-client), pick which one (Books or POS) and paste the new values. They are written to .env on this server and the token caches are cleared, then re-tested. Local only — on Render the change is ephemeral, so set the env vars in the Render dashboard instead. The Bengaluru/Rest-of-Karnataka pincode list is a one-time snapshot from GMS's directory. Enter a pincode to see its current GMS status, then correct it here if GMS changes its service — the override wins over the snapshot. Options: Serviceable / ODA / No Service, and the tab it should appear in.
Bengaluru orders that are ready to ship via a bundle. Click Create Bundle in Zoho POS to deduct component stock and credit the bundle SKU in Zoho POS (also updates this dashboard's stock).
Assemble a bundle outside of a WooCommerce order. Stock is checked live against Zoho POS; creation is allowed only when all components are available.
Download a log of shipped orders for a given date, with timestamps and fulfillment source.

Reads the weekly PO requirements from the Google Sheet date tab and creates a Draft purchase order in Zoho (vendor GRAMIYUM NATUREFRESH, tax-inclusive, Net 30). Rates come from the local Zoho inventory cache.

Fetches the vendor's invoices from the customer portal (date ≥ PO date) and compares quantity & rate against the draft PO. The portal invoice has no SKU, so lines are name-matched. Read-only — it does not change the PO or the bill.

Approve the linked bill when it is Draft / Pending Approval — approval moves it to Open. Recording the receive (with its date) updates the PO and stock; it does not change the bill status while Bill Approval is enabled.
Lists bills with no document attached. Defaults to the PO vendor (Gramiyum NatureFresh), whose invoices can be pulled from the customer portal. Attach downloads the matching portal invoice PDF (validated by number, date and total) and attaches it to the bill.

After authorizing, click Setup on the device and download the one-click installer. It writes ~/.ssh/config, creates the launchers, and adds two Windows desktop shortcuts: gramiyum-<server> (shell) and gramiyum-<server> opencode.
DEVICES_VAULT_PASS in the server's .env (see 🔑 above).
This creates a new key pair and lets you download the private key in a kit. The kit travels over plain HTTP on the LAN — only use this on a trusted network, and delete the download afterwards.
